Founded in 2002, what began as a small Phoenix electrical company has grown into a trusted partner for property managers, commercial owners, and multifamily communities across the Valley — completing more than 2,000 service calls a year.

From the beginning, our business has run on relationships rather than advertising. Roughly 95% of our work comes from repeat clients, an unusually high figure in this trade, and one we've earned the hard way: by showing up, doing quality work, and dealing straight with every client. For more than 20 years, we've grown almost entirely by word of mouth and referral.

Today, we're an approved vendor for many of the largest property management companies in the country, handling electrical, lighting, and low-voltage work across multifamily, retail, commercial, and industrial properties throughout metro Phoenix. That reputation is the foundation everything else is built on.
